Our Fees
We offer outstanding professional services at cheap prices. The SRA Transparency Rules 2018 oblige us to publish cost information for the supply of certain services we offer.
We charge an hourly fee for all work that is not covered by legal aid; these rates do not include VAT or expenses. The hourly rates are as follows:
- £350 per hour for a partner or director.
- £267 per hour for a solicitor with more than 8 years of qualification.
- £229 per hour for a solicitor with more than four years of qualification.
- £165 per hour for all other solicitors.
- £120 per hour for paralegals and trainee solicitors.
In certain cases, we will agree to offer legal counsel for a fixed cost. Our agreed-upon fixed fees may comprise the following:
- Private case consultation fee: £150.00
- Advice on appeal will be charged at our hourly rate.

The amount of time we spend in court is determined by the Court’s listing, other cases on the list, and the complexity of your case.

- Instructing expert witnesses.
- Advice and support regarding a Special Reasons hearing.

Immigration
- Immigration appeals to the First Tier Tribunal (lodging grounds and case preparation without advocacy) range from £1500 to £4000.
- Immigration Appeals Upper Tribunal (filing grounds of appeal, preparing the case, and excluding advocacy): £1500 to £4000.
- Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK. – £1500 to £4000
- Applications under the Private Life method (20 years long residence, 7 years continuous residence by a kid, including discretionary leave, etc.) range from £1500 to £4000.
- Judicial Review: £2000 to £4,000, excluding Advocacy
- Application for Naturalisation – £1,000 to £2,000
- Application for leave to remain in the UK as family members of someone who is already present and settled there – £1500 to £4000
- EEA Applications (residence card as a family member of an EEA national, retaining rights of residence as a family member after divorce or death, derivative residence card as a primary career, residence card as an extended family member, registration certificate as an EEA, and permanent residence as an EEA national) – £1500 to £4000
- Extension of leave to remain in the UK (all categories): £1,500 to £2,000
- Application for UK work visas (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4, and Tier 5): £2,500 to £4,000.
- Investors Visa – Our fees, including customer status, are determined by the hourly rate and level of investment.
Other category: The hourly rate will apply.
Advocacy fees will be a disbursement in your case, and we will negotiate with the barrister before hiring one on your behalf.

Time Estimate:
It is difficult to predict how long it will be before the Home Office makes a decision on your case. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, with the caseworker handling the application. However, we can only anticipate that the Home Office will make a decision in most uncomplicated situations within 3 to 6 months, and in challenging instances within 6 to 24 months.
Family Matter
Our family team offers services in the areas of family law, which include protection orders such as Non-Molestation orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Occupation Orders, Full custody of your child and contact orders, children care proceedings with the local authority, divorce, financial remedy/arrangements, litigation, and other relevant family concerns.
Our prices for contentious proceedings range from £150 to £350 per hour, and we sometimes provide fixed rates in less complicated divorce or family matters, ranging from £800 to £1500. Our thorough client letters will confirm the exact prices, including disbursements and additional expenditures.
